  1. Complain only through the number on your card or the official app

Never use a number from comments, ads or private messages.

  2. An account that contacts you first = suspicious

Signs of a fake account

Few followers, a newly created account, names with “Care”, “Help”, “Official_ID”, and asking you to move to WhatsApp.

Ads in search results

Scammers buy ads for “bank customer service”. Skip results marked “Sponsored”; find the number on the official site or the back of your card.

Call the bank’s official number at once to block the account, change your PIN and passwords, and report it to the police cybercrime unit.
