Can’t find a file I saved or downloaded

Look in Downloads

Press Windows + E to open File Explorer, then click Downloads on the left.

The simulation shows Windows in English, like most laptops.

    Press Windows + E to open File Explorer, then click Downloads on the left.

  2. Search by name

    Click the search box at the top right of File Explorer and type part of the file name.

  3. Check recent files

    Click Home on the left. Recently opened files are listed there.
