Don’t call and don’t give access

Real Microsoft or banks never show a phone number like this. It is a scam.

The simulation shows Windows in English, like most laptops.

  1. Don’t call and don’t give access

  2. Close the browser

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, click your browser, then End task.

  3. Check for viruses

    Run a Quick scan in Windows Security (see the guide Check the laptop for viruses).

  4. Already called or gave access? Turn off the internet, change your bank and email passwords from another phone, then call your bank.
