Far away or on another floor: pick the one without “5G”
2.4 GHz is slower but goes through walls better.

Technical details (for the curious)
“5G” in a WiFi name isn’t mobile 5G
It is just the 5 GHz band of the home router and has nothing to do with 5G mobile networks.
Band steering
Some routers use one name for both bands and pick for you. If devices keep dropping, split the names in the router settings.
WiFi 6 / 6E / 7
Newer routers and laptops support WiFi 6 and up: faster and better with many devices. Both sides must support it to notice the difference.
