Phone doesn’t ring when someone calls

Press the volume up button

A volume control appears. Tap the bell icon so it isn’t silent.

Menu names may be slightly different on your phone brand.

  1. Press the volume up button

    A volume control appears. Tap the bell icon so it isn’t silent.

  2. Turn up the ring volume

    Open this menu and drag Ring volume to the right.

  3. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off

    Swipe down from the top. If Do Not Disturb is blue, tap it to turn it off.
