Make the text on a web page bigger

Ctrl + the plus key to make it bigger

Press a few times until it is comfortable to read.

The simulation shows Windows in English, like most laptops.

    If the page got too big.

    The browser remembers the size for each site.

Use the mouse wheel

Hold Ctrl and roll the mouse wheel up (bigger) or down (smaller). On a touchpad: pinch with two fingers.

All of Windows too small?

If every text in Windows is small (not just the browser), change Settings › System › Display › Scale. See the guide “Text too small on the screen”.

Only the text

In Chrome or Edge, Settings › Appearance › Font size makes text bigger on every site without enlarging pictures.
