Back up photos to Google Photos

Step 1 of 3

Open Google Photos and tap your profile picture

Your profile picture is at the top right.

Menu names may be slightly different on your phone brand.

  1. Open Google Photos and tap your profile picture

    Your profile picture is at the top right.

  2. Turn on Backup

    Tap Backup and switch it on. Choose to back up over WiFi.

  3. Wait until it says Backup complete

    Then your photos are safe even if the phone is lost or broken.
